Description

Amazon is hiring a fixed-term contract Central Operations Area Manager to lead a team of up to 25 associates and manage last-mile customer experience, cost, delivery partner experience, labor allocation, SOP compliance, SLA response times, safety, and operational metrics. The role requires people-management, clear communication, data-driven decision-making, advanced English, and a bachelor's degree; Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics, process improvement, and SQL or Python experience are preferred.
