Description
Airbus is hiring a full-time Central Programme Manager (m/f/d) for its Hamburg Finkenwerder site. The role manages milestones, cost and risk plans, reviews, baselines, customer value, and cross-functional collaboration, including with Engineering. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, at least four years of experience in finance, customer service, or project management, at least two years in process improvement, stakeholder, risk, and change-management knowledge, and fluent English. The position requires approximately one trip per month, mainly to Toulouse, and offers a permanent employment contract with tariff-based pay, bonuses, vacation, pension, and training support.
