Description
The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is hiring a bilingual Central Refill Technician Representative to support patients in obtaining medications, document prescription renewals, coordinate with pharmacies and insurance companies, complete prior authorizations, and research coverage and copay information. The role requires an active Massachusetts pharmacy technician license or an application submitted within two weeks of employment, fluency in English and Spanish, customer service skills, basic computer literacy, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
