Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is hiring a part-time, on-site Central Scheduling Representative in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The role registers patients, screens for urgency, schedules appointments across 19 physicians and 16 office locations, enters data into a patient management system, verifies insurance, confirms appointments, and responds to patient inquiries while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with customer service experience; patient registration, Medicare, private health insurance, workers’ compensation, and clinical scheduling experience are preferred.
