The role registers patients, screens for urgency, schedules appointments, coordinates care across 19 physicians and 16 office locations, verifies insurance requirements, confirms appointments, and responds to patient inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and using medical software. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with customer service experience; patient registration, Medicare, private health insurance, workers’ compensation, and clinical scheduling experience are preferred.
