Description
Lowe’s is hiring a fully remote Central Selling Specialist-Millwork to create and review customer quotes, contact customers to close or tender sales, provide consultative service, coordinate with stores and service providers, track orders and installations, and manage project follow-up. The role requires foundational millwork product, installation, phone and computer systems, and customer service knowledge, along with up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar environment. A related bachelor’s degree, remodeling or construction experience, Lowe’s store experience, and millwork sales experience are preferred, while MS Dynamics or similar CRM experience is also preferred. The pay range is $16.42 to $27.42 per hour.
