Description
Walden Security is hiring a CTC Operator 1 to monitor cameras, alarms, video equipment, and intrusion-detection systems; respond to routine and emergency calls; coordinate dispatch of security, fire, police, EMS, and other response personnel; document incidents; conduct video reviews and investigations; and provide general assistance to employees, vendors, and guests. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, customer service experience, alarm-monitoring experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operations center on a designated shift. The pay rate is $17–$17 USD, and the position requires extended sitting and screen exposure.
