Description
Blanton Turner is hiring a Centralized Maintenance Technician II to support multi-family property management teams across its residential and commercial portfolio. The role performs work-order repairs, unit-turnover and move-out make-ready work, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, and workflow improvements while traveling between properties. It requires prior multifamily, facilities, construction, or related-trade experience, basic plumbing and repair knowledge, tool and diagnostic-tool use, a valid driver's license, and availability for after-hours calls. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 40 hours per week and pay of $38–$43 per hour, DOE, plus eligible bonuses and employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
