Description
The Centralized Services Engineer I, also described as a Senior Systems Engineer focused on MSP automation, supports and escalates complex internal and client IT issues, manages onboarding and offboarding, and maintains Windows and Azure infrastructure, Veeam backup systems, ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage, Addigy, and Intune. The role requires at least three years of similar experience in an MSP environment, strong scripting and networking skills, relevant Microsoft certifications, and the ability to work full time during normal business hours. Compensation starts at $13.00 per hour, with health, life insurance, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
