Description
The Manager of Centralized Staffing & Scheduling oversees the daily staffing and scheduling operations for the Resource Optimization Centers at the market level. The role coordinates surgical schedules with physician availability, patient needs, and operating room capacity; manages staff assignments and conflicts; supports complex patient situations; develops workflow improvements; tracks surgical case volume, cancellation rates, and staff utilization; and resolves scheduling issues. The position requires three years of staffing or scheduling software experience in a 24/7 healthcare setting and offers medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and other benefits.
