Description
The Manager of Centralized Staffing & Scheduling manages the daily staffing and scheduling operations for Mercy Health’s Resource Optimization Center at St. Rita’s. The role coordinates surgical schedules with physician availability, patient needs, and operating room capacity; hires, trains, and oversees scheduling staff; resolves scheduling conflicts and urgent situations; improves workflows; and tracks surgical case volume, cancellation rates, and staff utilization. The position requires 3 years of staffing or scheduling software experience in a 24/7 healthcare setting, offers 40 scheduled weekly hours on days, and provides medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
