The role leads a team of around 11 technicians and customer service advisors, manages daily centre operations, optimises workforce scheduling, analyses customer and performance data, and drives sales margins and profit targets. The position requires team management, coaching and training, compliance with health and safety and quality standards, labour force scheduling, Microsoft proficiency, and a full valid driving licence. The full-time role offers a base salary of up to £44,278 plus an uncapped monthly bonus scheme, with on-target earnings of up to £55,278 per year.
