Halfords is hiring a full-time Centre Manager for its Kingswood Autocentre in Bristol. The role leads the automotive service, maintenance, and repair team, drives business performance, delivers a high-quality customer experience, manages KPIs and sales turnover, and supports compliance and team development. The position offers a base salary of £40,869–£44,278 plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with five working days per week and a closed Sunday. Required qualifications include automotive or similar industry leadership, customer satisfaction and management experience, health and safety compliance, sales and KPI experience, communication and IT skills, time management, and a current valid driving licence.
