Toptal is hiring a CEO of AI Services to own the vision, strategy, organizational structure, operational execution, and full-scale growth of its AI Services business. The role leads AI-driven service offerings, cross-functional initiatives, client delivery, scalable processes, and operational systems while partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. It is a full-time, remote position requiring a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience scaling complex AI or technology organizations, and a proven record of leading multi-service or AI-driven initiatives with P&L, growth, and operational accountability.
