RBR Alliance, Inc. is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive administrative oversight for four nonprofit agencies serving adults with developmental disabilities and other community programs. The role oversees program execution, board relations, budgeting, financial and personnel records, contracted services, staff leadership, community engagement, and compliance. It is based in Georgetown, Indiana, requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, and includes travel to Indiana agency facilities and Indianapolis.
