The role develops growth strategy, drives international expansion, leads commercial and marketing activities, scales the organization, manages cross-functional areas, and inspires large teams. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least 10 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment, entrepreneurial drive, strong strategic and analytical skills, and fluent German and English at C1 level.
