CSG Consultants, Inc. is hiring a full-time, hybrid CEQA Project Manager in Southern California. The role manages CEQA environmental documentation and compliance assignments for development, infrastructure, and policy projects throughout California, including exemptions, initial studies, mitigated negative declarations, EIRs, and related studies. Responsibilities also include client and subconsultant coordination, project scope, schedule and budget management, proposal writing, business development, and contributing to environmental planning growth. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least four years of environmental analysis/reporting experience, strong CEQA knowledge, project management and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid California Class C driver's license.
