The role operates ceramic core injection molding machines to form ceramic patterns, including preparing and operating core injection presses and tooling, making core shapes, inspecting injected cores, performing core forging, and preparing cores for thermal processing. The position requires mechanical aptitude, safe machine and tooling operation, process documentation compliance, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work with moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
