CSA Group is hiring a regular full-time role focused on completing certification and testing projects according to product standards, quality-control requirements, and workflows; managing customer communication and project plans; explaining technical issues; supporting sales and marketing with technical assistance; and gathering market information. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, 2–3 years of experience, familiarity with international and domestic explosion-proof standards and North American product certification rules, teamwork and project-management skills, and English communication and technical-writing ability.
