Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a remote Certification Delivery Program Operational Lead to manage end-to-end certification delivery operations, including course setup, registration, instructor coordination, attendance, reporting, revenue tracking, training records, TTT programs, exam vouchers, and large-scale certification events. The role requires at least 8 years of certification delivery program operations experience, 6+ years managing certification exam development or assessment programs, and experience with complex global programs and cross-functional teams. It also requires expertise in certification exam design, competency modeling, blueprint development, psychometric analysis, exam quality assurance, certification vendors, and testing delivery platforms such as Pearson VUE.
