Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a remote Certification exam program operational lead to provide operational and program leadership across exam development, certification delivery, subject matter expert management, psychometrics, security, localization, and major certification events. The role coordinates vendors, testing platforms, SMEs, and global stakeholders; manages exam blueprints, psychometric analysis, security, translation, and large-scale event operations; and supports thousands of annual exam deliveries. Candidates need at least 8 years of certification exam program management experience, including 6 years managing exam development or assessment programs, along with a first-level university degree and experience with complex global programs and cross-functional teams. The position is based in Maine, United States, with an annual base salary of USD 81,500–187,500 and possible variable incentives.
