Description
The IAPP is hiring a Program Developer to develop, validate, and manage certification exam content; work with subject matter experts and exam development boards; facilitate workshops; maintain certification materials and exam blueprints; support new certification programs; and assist with appeals, audits, and internal quality activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, content-development experience, workshop-facilitation experience, and strong project management and communication skills. It is a hybrid position with two remote days and three days in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire office, with training provided on certification and psychometric best practices.
