Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading technology company to hire two remote Certification Program Support & Operations Specialists, with Seattle, Washington office flexibility preferred. The role manages end-to-end certification operations, including candidate registration, exam scheduling, eligibility, vouchers, candidate support, certification tracking, reporting, platform administration, integrations, process improvement, and partner enablement. Candidates need 7+ years of relevant experience, Pearson VUE or comparable platform expertise, integration and API knowledge, data analysis skills, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities. The position pays $125-$135 per hour depending on experience and may extend beyond 12 months.
