Urban Golf Performance is hiring a full-time Recovery Specialist to provide golf-specific orthopedic examinations, movement screening, individualized performance-longevity plans, manual therapy, joint mobilization, mobility work, injury prevention, and client education. The role collaborates with golf coaches and fitness trainers, maintains digital documentation, and is available in Austin, El Segundo, Orange County, Santa Monica, or West LA on a Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday-and-Saturday schedule. Candidates must hold an active DPT, DC, or ATC credential and have advanced soft-tissue and joint-mobilization expertise; the listed salary range is $65,000 to $110,000 USD.
