Description
EXP is hiring a Certified Code Consultant to provide building and life safety code consulting for new construction, renovations, additions, occupancy changes, and existing facilities. The role reviews multidisciplinary construction documents, prepares code analyses and compliance documentation, coordinates with design professionals and authorities having jurisdiction, supports permitting and code-modification processes, conducts field assessments, and manages multiple assignments. The position is based in either the Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, Florida office and requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of progressively responsible experience, current nationally recognized code certification, and applicable licensure or certification.
