e2L is hiring an e2L Coach to provide on-site professional development coaching to teachers, instructional coaches, and campus administrators. The role uses the eGROWE coaching model and e2L Studio Coaching Log, includes learning walks, resource creation, feedback, and modeling or co-facilitation, and may involve overnight national travel. Coaches typically work 75–140 days per academic year, with additional remote follow-up work, and are paid 75,000–90,000 annually based on anticipated coaching days.
