Description
The Building Systems Maintenance Engineer performs routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; responds to service requests and emergencies; coordinates service calls; monitors Building Management Systems; maintains records; supports capital projects; and conducts safety inspections. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or a related field, and current Local 501 BOMA Certified Engineer status. The position is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, pays $54.76 per hour, and includes union benefits, pension participation, vacation and holiday benefits, and 401(k) participation.
