The role involves ethical hacking, penetration testing, malware analysis, web application security, reverse engineering, and threat modeling. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in CS, IT security, or a related field, possess relevant security certifications like CISSP and CEH, and demonstrate expertise in security testing methodologies according to EC-Council standards. Experience with OSi, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and wireless networking is also essential.
