Description
The Certified Home Care Aide is a part-time paraprofessional working under the supervision of a licensed nurse to perform basic nursing tasks assigned by scheduling or a supervisor. The role requires high school completion or a GED, CNA or STNA certification, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of job-related experience, including basic aide training and hospital or skilled nursing home experience. The position requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work with patients, families, and office personnel.
