This role involves working with various voltage levels, troubleshooting switchgear, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with other teams. The electrician will also be involved in training junior associates and handling permits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in electrical work required.
Required Previous Experiences: 2-4 plus year of direct medium
5-8 years of high voltage electrician's license and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory, industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to move between Aurora and Montgomery facilities routinely.
Ability to work alone or within a team.
Ability to measure, bend and install electrical components and wires per code.
Ability to develop programs and work on drives, etc.
