Description
The Certified Interpreter provides real-time interpretation between two or more languages in meetings, medical appointments, court proceedings, and public events. The role includes written translation, terminology research, collaboration with clients and stakeholders, use of remote interpreting tools, and ongoing professional development. It is a virtual, assignment-based 1099 contract requiring RID certification or relevant state BEI certification, professional virtual interpreting experience, reliability, responsiveness, and flexibility.
