Description
The Medical Assistant supports the VBA MDE program by performing clinical tasks such as EKGs, PFTs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, vital signs, and visual acuity screening; greeting veterans; maintaining facility organization; and assisting with scheduling, data entry, inventory, and examination processes. The role requires an associate degree or accredited vocational medical assistant program, relevant clinical experience, BLS certification, background investigation clearance, a valid U.S. driver's license, and willingness to complete additional certifications. The stated salary is $180–$220 per day.
