UC Health is hiring a full-time, first-shift Certified Medical Technologist II for the core laboratory department at West Chester Hospital. The role performs routine, moderately complex, and highly complex CLIA testing; operates, maintains, and troubleshoots laboratory equipment; prepares and processes specimens; conducts quality control and data analysis; and provides instruction to students and new associates. Required qualifications include an associate degree in clinical laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MLT(ASCP) certification or equivalent, and knowledge of specimen requirements and laboratory terminology. A bachelor’s degree, laboratory experience, and keyboarding skills are preferred.
