Description
Monarch is hiring a per diem Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Med Tech to provide resident care and assist with prescribed medication administration under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role includes maintaining medical records, documenting care, reporting resident changes, completing required training and competency testing, and working weekends and holidays. The position pays $24.00-$25.00 per hour, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience working with seniors in a personal care, home health, hospital, or long-term care setting, and offers paid time off, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and free parking.
