Stoney Point Meadows is hiring a full-time Certified Medication Manager in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to prepare and administer medications, support residents with personal care and daily living activities, monitor vital signs, follow care plans, observe resident behavior, and collaborate with the care team. The role is available on evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and requires a CMA or Medication Manager Certificate, strong communication skills, reliability, compassion, and the ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.
