Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides person-centered care and support to individuals in a residential or community setting, including assistance with bathing, grooming, meals, transfers, toileting, and other daily activities. The role also involves maintaining safety and supervision, following individual support plans, documenting care, supporting facility maintenance, transporting individuals, and reporting issues to supervisors and other staff. Applicants must graduate from a state-approved CNA program, be registered or licensed in the applicable state, hold a valid Tennessee driver's license, pass background, reference, drug-screening, and TB checks, and meet the stated physical and emotional requirements.
