Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for its Transitional Care Unit in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct patient care, including activities of daily living, vital signs, transfers, documentation, and safety checks, while supporting rehabilitation and discharge.
