Crown & Seasons Hospice is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home or facility care to hospice patients and their families. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, vital signs, basic treatments, medication adherence, meal preparation, companionship, documentation, and post-mortem care. Applicants need an approved CNA or HHA certification course, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and at least one year of direct care experience is preferred; the position offers $16–$18 per hour plus benefits, flexible scheduling, training, and other employee benefits.
