Rogers Behavioral Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner–certified advanced practice provider to serve as a team leader in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health treatment model. The role involves patient care across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and virtual settings, including medication management, psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, discharge planning, admissions support, documentation, payor relations, quality improvement, and community education. The position requires Wisconsin licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, board eligibility with board certification preferred, an accredited graduate degree, psychiatry training, and preferably 2+ years of provider experience along with leadership or process improvement experience.
