Radford Green is recruiting a Certified Nurse Assistant for a non-exempt, full-time night-shift role in a hospitality-focused nursing home. The CNA will provide direct resident care, including assistance with personal care, treatments, procedures, specimen collection, transfers, and room maintenance, while delegating and supervising Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. The position pays $20–$26 per hour depending on experience, with a $1.50 per hour shift differential, and requires completion of an Illinois State-approved nursing assistant training program, Illinois State registry registration, and the ability to document care.
