Description
Radford Green is recruiting a Certified Nurse Assistant for a non-exempt, PRN position at its Radford Green at Sedgebrook nursing home. The role provides direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with personal care, treatments, procedures, specimen collection, documentation, transfers, and room maintenance, while delegating and supervising Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. Day and night shifts are available, with 12-hour shifts and a $1.50 shift differential after 3 PM. Pay is $20–$26 per hour based on experience, and the position requires completion of an Illinois State-approved nursing assistant training program, Illinois State registry registration, and the ability to document care.
