Description
Majestic Care of Fort Wayne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the community nursing team. The CNA will deliver direct hands-on nursing care to ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents, assisting them with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include performing ADLs, responding to call lights, transporting residents, reporting observations, assisting during admissions/transfers/discharges, safeguarding personal belongings, maintaining clean rooms, adhering to infection control, respecting resident rights, reteaching ADL skills, providing restorative care, participating in quality improvement, communicating with residents/families, monitoring hydration/nutrition, and accurate vital sign measurements.
