Compensation
$23 – $25/hr
The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role pays $22.60-$25.00 per hour, works the 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. shift, and requires current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting and Heimlich procedure skills are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee programs.
