Sholom is hiring a NAR/Care Specialist to provide direct care to residents and maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role requires current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, offers a $22.60-$25.00 hourly wage with a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days, and follows a 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. shift.
