Sholom is hiring a NAR/Care Specialist to provide direct nursing and care services to residents in a long-term care setting. The role includes performing nursing care, assisting with meals, responding to resident requests, maintaining facility and resident-room cleanliness and safety, documenting care, and supporting social and psychosocial needs. The position requires current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification, offers a 2:30pm–10:30pm shift at 0.2 FTE, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
