Description
The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role requires current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, with nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting and Heimlich procedure skills preferred. The position pays $22.60-$25.00 per hour, includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment, and follows a 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. shift.
