Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to long-term care residents, including activities of daily living, mobility assistance, meal and supplement support, toileting, weight and skin monitoring, documentation, and reporting changes in resident condition. The role reports to nursing leadership, requires state certification and current CPR/BLS certification, and requires at least one year of certified nursing assistant experience in long-term care. It includes weekend and holiday work, physical resident-care duties, and compliance with facility policies and infection-control requirements.
