Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Kedren participates in the care of psychiatric clients, working within their training and experience limitations. This role involves assisting nursing and treatment staff in creating individualized care plans, supervising client activities, maintaining a therapeutic environment, and documenting observations and interventions. The CNA also promotes basic hygiene and safety, assists with admissions and discharges, leads therapy groups, and participates in staff meetings and training. Key responsibilities include ensuring client confidentiality, providing one-to-one nursing care when needed, and supporting Kedren's mission and fundraising activities.
