Description
NewCourtland is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care; observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team; supporting safety, comfort, dignity, and independence; documenting care; and collaborating with nurses and other team members. Applicants must complete Pennsylvania state-approved CNA training and competency programming, be listed on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry without abuse or misconduct findings, have personal-care experience, and meet the physical requirements of the position.
