At Your Side Home Care Services is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for elderly clients in Northwest Houston. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation, maintaining a safe environment, monitoring vital signs, and communicating changes to the clinical team. The role requires at least one year of CNA experience, an active CNA license, a driver’s license, an insured personal vehicle, local residency, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and transfer clients.
